Economic empowerment

UDAD-U empowers persons with disabilities through skills, resources, and advocacy to achieve financial independence and community inclusion.

At Ubuntu Disability Action for Development, we believe that economic empowerment is key to breaking the cycle of poverty and ensuring the inclusion of persons with disabilities in all aspects of society. Our programs focus on equipping individuals with disabilities with the skills, resources, and opportunities needed to achieve financial independence and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Through vocational training, access to microfinance, entrepreneurship support, and advocacy for inclusive employment policies, we are creating pathways for sustainable livelihoods. Together, we aim to build a future where persons with disabilities thrive economically, living with dignity and equality.
